I am a Registered Provisional Psychologist with the College of Alberta Psychologists. In addition to providing individual, couples, and family therapy, I am certified to provide assessments for pre-engagement, pre-marital, and marriage counselling, as well as for pre-adoption or fostering children.
Throughout your counselling sessions, we will develop a deeper understanding of yourself and make sense of your situation. You will be in a safe, non-judgemental atmosphere to work through the complexities of your experiences while holding conversations at a level you are comfortable with. By identifying obstacles and strengthening your skills and confidence, I will help you find the resiliency that resides within all of us. Please know there is hope and that together we can find the best path forward to help you reach a more ideal place in your life.
A bit about me… I am a mother of two adolescent daughters who are my greatest blessings. My passions are being with family and providing counselling, but I also love to be with animals, unwinding at home with my cats or going to the dog park with my dogs. I also enjoy attending concerts and public speaking events, researching, volunteering, landscaping, and listening to music or podcasts.
